The hotel's Buffet Breakfast

The breakfast at our hotel in Saint-Herblain is presented in buffet style.
During weekdays, from Monday to Friday, the breakfast buffet is open from 06:30 AM to 09:30 AM. On weekends (Saturday & Sunday), the time slot is shifted from 08:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Of course, we can always prepare a snack for you if you can't make it during these hours. Our breakfast is priced at €13.50.
The breakfast room is air-conditioned, and you can enjoy your first meal of the day on our terrace.
Our breakfast is complete and varied. Below is a non-exhaustive list of our products: cereals, fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, butter, compote, fruit salad, cottage cheese, yogurts, jams, bread, pastries, madeleines, honey, spread, mini-brioches, hot beverages, fruit juices, milk...
Finally, we provide gluten-free products upon request.

The local bakery "Jamet" is located in the neighbouring commune of Couëron. If you have enjoyed the bread of our breakfast buffet, make the effort to go up to them to taste their delicious pastries.
The hiel is harvested by the beekeeper of the Halbrans apiaries located in Saint-Aignan de Grand Lieu. These numerous bees practice transhumance and many varieties of honey are therefore available.
The succulent jams with different flavours available at the breakfast buffet come from the artisan jam makers and adventurers of Muroise et Compagnie based in Vallet, east of Nante
The tasty apple juice placed on our buffet comes from the Ruaudais orchards, located in Morbihan, in Saint-Martin sur Oust. It is a beverage 100% pure fruit made by the local artisan-producers.
