On weekdays, Monday to Friday, the breakfast buffet is open from 06:30 to 09:30. On weekend days (Saturday & Sunday), the time slot is shifted from 08:00 to 10:30. Of course, it is always possible to provide you with a snack if you cannot come during these hours. Our breakfast is priced at 11.00€.

The breakfast room is air-conditioned and it is possible to enjoy your first meal of the day on our terrace.

The local bakery "Terre de Pains" is very close to the town hall of Saint-Herblain. If you have enjoyed the bread and pastries of our breakfast buffet, make the effort to go up to them to taste their delicious pastries.

The white cheese presented at the breakfast buffet every morning is made directly from La Ferme des Roches located a few blocks from our establishment in Couëron. This farm has the particularity of breeding Jersey cows renowned for their milk, very rich.

The tomme that you regularly find at breakfast is produced at La ferme de la Pannetière located at La Chapelle sur Erdre. This 130-hectare farm opens its doors to the general public every May 1st. Feel free to visit them.

The hiel is harvested by the beekeeper of the Halbrans apiaries located in Saint-Aignan de Grand Lieu. These numerous bees practice transhumance and many varieties of honey are therefore available.

The Coteaux Nantais, whose origins date back to the creation of a sole proprietorship in the 1940s, provide us with the fruit-rich jams that you find every morning on our breakfast buffet.

The tasty apple juice placed on our buffet comes from the Ruaudais orchards, located in Morbihan, in Saint-Martin sur Oust. It is a beverage 100% pure fruit made by the local artisan-producers.
